Homemade Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookies for Halloween Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup candy corn
  • ½ cup caramel chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In a larger bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, both sugars and egg.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Fold candy corn and caramel chips into the cookie batter.
  • Drop cookie batter using a large spoon on lined baking sheet, keeping them about 1-2 inches apart from each other.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and cool on a wire rack before serving.
  • Serve these up for a Halloween or Fall snack
