Easy Dr. Seuss Cupcakes for One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish. - Dr. Seuss Party Food ideas
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- Swedish Fish (Assorted Colors)
- Funfetti Neon Yellow Vanilla Frosting
- optional food coloring
Instructions
- For the cupcakes, I used a white cake mix and colored it with blue food coloring then baked according to package directions.
- Add frosting and piping tip (optional) to a piping bag or a quart size baggie. Pipe frosting on each cupcake. You can also spread the frosting with a knife.
- Place one Swedish fish on top of each cupcake.
- Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
- Super fun for a Dr. Seuss Party!
