Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off crust around each slice of bread. With a rolling pin, roll each piece of bread so that it’s flat. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar, mix well.
Spread the mixture on each piece of bread and roll up tightly.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
Brush butter on each roll-up, make sure to get on all the sides. (you could also dip them)
Place in the bowl of cinnamon sugar and roll to coat. Make sure to get a good coating going all the way around the roll-up. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place roll-ups in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Take out and Enjoy! You can drizzle chocolate over them, fresh fruit, whip cream, or just eat them as is!
