Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Roll-ups

What’s Needed

  • 8-10 Pieces of Bread Any kind works
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Cup Butter Melted
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut off crust around each slice of bread. With a rolling pin, roll each piece of bread so that it’s flat. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar, mix well.
  • Spread the mixture on each piece of bread and roll up tightly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
  • Brush butter on each roll-up, make sure to get on all the sides. (you could also dip them)
  • Place in the bowl of cinnamon sugar and roll to coat. Make sure to get a good coating going all the way around the roll-up. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Place roll-ups in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take out and Enjoy! 
    You can drizzle chocolate over them, fresh fruit, whip cream, or just eat them as is!
